Department of Justice to announce findings of investigation into Cleveland Police

The Justice Department is expected to announce the findings of a 20-month investigation into the Cleveland Police Department's use of deadly force, training, discipline, recruitment, and relations with minority communities. The news comes less than two weeks after a Cleveland Police officer shot and killed Tamir Rice, a black 12-year-old who was carrying an airsoft gun — a toy — at the time of his death.
