Taylor Swift's 1989 is a great pop album. It is also accidentally a perfect soundtrack for 1980's workout routine tapes. As the Huffington Post discovered, Swift's lead single "Shake it Off" matches up almost exactly to this workout video from 1989.
Swift herself even liked the video, joking on Twitter that it would be the choreography for her world tour.
