The most frustrating airports in the US and Canada, ranked

Just in time for the holiday travel rush, Businessweek has surveyed 3,000 travelers and come up with a definitive ranking of the most frustrating airports in the US and Canada:

Laguardia and Newark top the list, with Washington Dulles not far behind. The magazine looked at frequent flyers' reports of their own experiences; the average length of a rush-hour trip from downtown (New York's JFK came in last, followed by Chicago O'Hare); and the percentage of on-time flights (both Chicago airports lost).
