Julian Ku is the Maurice A. Deane Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law at Hofstra University School of Law in New York. His most recent book, co-authored with John Yoo, is Taming Globalization: International Law, the U.S. Constitution, and the New World Order. He is a co-founder of the international law blog Opinio Juris and a contributing editor to Lawfare.
