Melissa is a senior researcher for the Vox video team. Before joining Vox in 2019, she worked for Comedy Central and as a fellow at the Columbia Journalism School, where she was part of its investigation into the fossil-fuel industry’s climate change knowledge. She’s also reported for the Dallas Morning News, Minneapolis Star Tribune, and the Times-Picayune.
