Gabby Fernandez is a senior audience strategy editor at Vox. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she graduated from USC with degrees in broadcast and digital journalism and narrative studies. Prior to Vox, she held roles at the Los Angeles Times and the Atlantic.

She’s currently an adjunct professor at her alma mater, where she teaches a journalism course on how to engage with diverse audiences.
