Susan Wojcicki, the CEO of YouTube, will be live from Recode’s Code Media conference in Huntington Beach, Calif., on Monday, Feb. 12, at 7:30 pm PT / 10:30 pm ET.
YouTube is the world’s biggest video site, used by nearly a billion people. Wojcicki was instrumental in Google’s 2006 acquisition of YouTube, and now she oversees its business. YouTube has come under fire for misleading ads and fake news, and more recently for allowing a popular YouTuber to show the body of a man who had committed suicide. The video was eventually taken down.
