Uber released an external investigation into its troubled culture and management today. Conducted by law firm Covington & Burling, the report was prompted by former engineer Susan Fowler’s account of an environment fraught with sexism and sexual harassment.
The full report, which details a number of recommendations including less responsibility for CEO Travis Kalanick and a more independent board, is below.
