The Wall Street Journal’s Geoffrey Fowler said the update left 10 journalists there without a working phone.

An Apple representative was not immediately available for comment.
The free update, which adds improved Siri and messaging, was made available earlier Tuesday morning.
Update: Apple confirmed there was a glitch with the updating process, but says it is now fixed for those downloading iOS 10. Anyone with a problem should try connecting their device to iTunes or contact Apple’s customer support, the company said.
