Back in May, Twitter said it would be making some changes that would let users pack more content into their tweets, and now we know when those changes will arrive. As of Sept. 19, media attachments (images, GIFs, videos, polls, etc.) and @handles in replies will no longer count against the traditional 140-character limit.

Pandora has signed deals with Universal Music and Sony that give it the ability to sell new subscription services, and sources say it would like to launch them as early as Thursday. But Pandora still doesn't have a deal with Warner Music, the other big music label.
