A former Romney, Rubio, and Perry adviser explains the RNC in one brutal tweet

Avik Roy did health care policy for Mitt Romney in the 2012 campaign, and was an adviser to the failed presidential campaigns of Rick Perry and Marco Rubio in the 2016 cycle. He’s also a fairly prolific writer on public policy, and very much the kind of guy liberals point other liberals to for a wonky conservative take on the ins and outs of domestic policy issues.
