Tony Hsieh may sell Zappos' radical corporate culture as a service

No, it's definitely not a cult. Never mind the "people points."

At yesterday's Code Commerce Series event, Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh talked with Recode's Kara Swisher about the online shoe retailer's shift to "holacracy," where employees have no traditional bosses.

He also discussed why Zappos operates near-independently from its parent company Amazon, which follows a completely different corporate culture. Hsieh said Zappos may adapt its bottom-up company structure into software that it can sell to other corporations.
