For years, Arianna Huffington has preached the gospel of sleep. Now she’s selling it.

The entrepreneur best known for co-founding the Huffington Post recently launched Thrive Global, her new startup aimed at teaching corporate employees and everyday people how to lead more productive lives.

Since its Nov. 30 launch, Thrive has been operating a pop-up store in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood. It’s full of gadgets — think a charging “bed” for your phone — and old-school products — think alarm clocks — to help you break out of your tech addiction. I met up with Huffington on Monday to find out more about Thrive and how commerce will play a role in the venture.

Huffington also took me on a short tour of the space, where she showed off the “phone bed” and other products for sale. Enjoy:
