Tesla and Panasonic will collaborate to build solar panels at a new Buffalo, N.Y., facility if Tesla's acquisition of SolarCity is approved by shareholders on Nov. 17. The components would work with the Powerwall and Powerpack, Tesla’s energy storage products.
