U.S. regulators are poised to reject the $3.3 billion in discounts Dish Network’s partners received on airwave auctions, according to a Wall Street Journal report. And Dish’s talks to acquire mobile provider T-Mobile have also reportedly stalled over problems related to structure and pricing.
