Marcelo Claure knows he still has work to do, but he insists Sprint really is in the process of turning things around.
In an interview at the Code Conference, Claure maintains that Sprint will have the No. 1 or No. 2 network in two years’ time — a feat that would mark quite a turnaround, given that the company has been rated dead last for a while now. Claure also suggested that the company has gotten the nod from majority owner SoftBank for the ambitious network upgrade plan — though the move could also spell the end of unlimited data plans.
