Houlihan Lokey Buys Mesa Media M&A Advisers

Investment bank Houlihan Lokey has acquired Mesa Securities, a New York-based boutique M&A shop best known for its work with media companies. Mesa managing partner Mark Patricof and most of his team have joined Houlihan Lokey’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications group.
