Samsung Hires Two Executives to Run U.S. Marketing Across Product Lines

Samsung said Wednesday that it has hired two executives to run U.S. marketing from a new office in New York. Former Unilever marketing head Marc Mathieu will serve as chief marketing officer and former Creative Artists Agency executive Jesse Coulter will serve as chief creative officer. In the past, Samsung ran separate operations for its mobile, entertainment and appliance units, but the company has been in the process of unifying many of its U.S. businesses.
