CBS chief Les Moonves sees television changing and morphing, but says the need for networks like his remains strong.
“I think the age of the 200 channel universe is slowly dying,” Moonves said. “The good news for us is [that] any one of those groups will need CBS.”
He also expects the company to ink a deal with Apple for its long-rumored but still-yet-to-be-unveiled TV service. One thing he doesn’t see: CBS and Viacom getting back together.
