During a week in which Re/code was as much in the news as covering the news, founders Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher turned to TV to explain why they decided to sell the site’s parent company, Revere Digital, to digital media publisher Vox Media.
Mossberg and Swisher tell CNBC the sale is about ensuring Re/code’s future, then move on to other topics, such as the frothy investing environment in Silicon Valley.
Also on CNBC, Swisher discusses the Google I/O developer conference and her Code Conference interview with Twitter CEO Dick Costolo.
