Most of the tech industry leaders who showed up at the Code Conference in Rancho Palos Verdes this week were confronted with one of the most important issues facing Silicon Valley today: How diverse are your ranks?

In the video below, watch Reddit’s Ellen Pao, Apple’s Jeff Williams, Snapchat’s Evan Spiegel and other speakers offer their thoughts on the topic and, in some cases, hard numbers on how many (or how few) minorities and women make up their ever-growing ranks.
