Bruce Jenner, 1970s Olympian and star of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, told ABC News's Diane Sawyer, "I'm a woman," in an interview that aired Friday, April 24.
With those three words, Jenner likely became the country's most well-known transgender person. But one thing the interview couldn't address is what it feels like to be in the middle of transition when you're no celebrity, but just a normal young person.
