We can't explain this Scott Walker bumper sticker

Jessie Opoien, a political reporter at the Capitol Times in Madison, Wisconsin, tweeted a photo of a bizarre bumper sticker for Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a 2016 Republican presidential contender:

There's really no clear explanation for this bumper sticker, which features religious symbols in a slogan for Walker, who's Christian. Who is it trying to persuade? Why was it made? Is it suggesting Walker, a conservative, is a religion that needs to coexist with others?

The answers probably aren't out there. But, for whatever reason, this bumper sticker certainly is.
