BlackBerry said Tuesday it is buying secure file sharing company WatchDox for an undisclosed price. CEO John Chen said the move, along with an existing partnership with Samsung and last year’s purchase of Secusmart, will help the company offer a more complete range of secure communications to businesses. BlackBerry will also use WatchDox’s existing Israel presence to create a new security-focused BlackBerry R&D center there.
