Kenny Pate, a long-time product executive at eBay, has joined same-day delivery startup Deliv as its chief product officer. Deliv, which has raised more than $12 million, runs a crowdsourced network of delivery people who handle same-day deliveries for brick-and-mortar stores and their e-commerce properties behind the scenes. Pate spent five years at eBay, most recently as vice president of product management overseeing product and engineering teams working on a wide range of projects from shipping to checkout to fraud prevention.
