Re/code in the Media: Apple Watch, Ellen Pao and Snapchat Ads

Re/code on TV? You betcha!

There was an Apple event last week — did you hear about it?

Re/code staffers were busy on the airwaves this week, talking Apple Watch, but also about Ellen Pao, the former Kleiner Perkins investment partner suing the high-profile venture firm for gender discrimination and retaliation.

Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher joined CNBC’s Squawk Alley Monday morning to discuss the Apple Watch and what it means for the company’s future.

Katie Boehret joined CNBC Asia to talk about the watch, and the how it works in conjunction with all of Apple’s other products (pro tip: You need an iPhone!)

Liz Gannes and Nellie Bowles have spearheaded Re/code‘s coverage of the Ellen Pao trial, and both were active this week keeping viewers and listeners up to speed.

Gannes joined CNBC Wednesday to discuss the trial and outline the details of the case.

She also spoke with ABC on the same topic, specifically about what’s at stake for Pao.

Bowles joined NPR’s “Here & Now” radio show to discuss Pao’s first day on the witness stand, and how Pao has been portrayed throughout the trial.

Swisher joined Squawk Alley again on Friday to discuss Steve Jobs, Snapchat advertising and what to expect from the South by Southwest interactive conference, now taking place in Austin, Texas.
