Liveblog: Day Four of Ellen Pao on the Stand

Read all about it.

Vicki Behringer

Ellen Pao returns to the stand for the fourth day in a row this morning.

Yesterday was a difficult one for Pao, who came under scrutiny from Lynne Hermle, attorney for Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, who questioned Pao’s motives in filing the suit and focused on why Pao hadn’t reported her problems earlier.

Pao, who filed this lawsuit in 2012 alleging gender discrimination from her former employer, has been stoic on the stand even as she has come under fire.
