Balaji Srinivasan, a newish partner at Silicon Valley venture firm Andreessen Horowitz, is moving to a full-time job at 21, a bitcoin company he founded with Matt Pauker in early 2013. It later became a firm investment and Srinivasan then joined A16Z as a general partner with a focus on bitcoin and other arenas. Now, he is going back to 21, which has a new $116 million funding, as its chairman. He is also remaining part-time at the VC firm as a board partner.
