For the second day in a row, former Kleiner Perkins partner Ellen Pao will testify in her gender discrimination and retaliation case against her former employer.
As we did yesterday, we’re liveblogging from court. So far we’ve run through Pao’s career at the firm up through December 2011. But 2012 is when the big fireworks happened: an investigation into Pao’s complaints; her filing her lawsuit; the firm declaring it was false; her continuing to work there under strained circumstances and ultimately being fired.
And after that, we’ll almost certainly hear a different take on events, when it’s the Kleiner Perkins defense team questioning Pao.
