Every year I check the president's budget proposal to see if the Government Printing Office is still trying to sell CD-ROM versions of the budget, and every year they keep on doing it.

Admittedly, $28 is a small price to pay for the endless fun featured in the federal budget. But the whole thing is available for free download online and has been for years. On page 70, you can read about Obama's plans for "ramping up smarter information technology delivery" inside the government, something that is pretty clearly needed.
