Kevin Weil is Twitter’s head of product. But his new boss — Jack Dorsey — is a product boss in his own right.

What’s that like? Weil chatted about that and a whole lot more during an interview with Re/code’s Kara Swisher at the Code/Mobile conference, held at The Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, Calif., on Wednesday afternoon. Among the other topics Weil discussed were how the company plans to attract new users, what he thinks about potentially increasing the length of tweets and why adding a tweet-editing feature isn’t as easy as it seems.
