Samsung announced late Thursday that it is working with financial information giant Thomson Reuters to figure out what the two might do together to target business customers.
The press release was far from specific, but said that the initial focus is on putting Thomson Reuters’ information and software on unspecified Samsung devices, with an initial focus on the legal and financial segments.
There were lots more adjectives in the release, but not really any other details.
Clearly, Samsung is targeting BlackBerry’s home turf, though BlackBerry and Samsung are also partners on other efforts aimed at businesses.
