Watch: Bao Bao, panda and national treasure, frolics in the snow

For many Washingtonians, Tuesday's snowstorm has been a commuting nuisance and general annoyance. But for at least one prominent resident, it made for an absolutely delightful afternoon. Bao Bao the panda (a.k.a. America's cutest federal subsidy) rolled around with a stick, wrestled with her mother, and appears to have had an all-around stellar Tuesday afternoon.

If there's any other Washington resident who can hold a candle to Bao Bao's sheer joy, it is probably Bo Obama, who also did some frolicking earlier today:

Snow: delightful for animals, less so for humans.
