CES Snapshot: Samsung's New TVs Surrounded by Floating Ladies

Samsung is known for its over-the-top theatrics during product announcements, but this is one we haven’t seen before: At a CES TV preview event on Sunday night, the Korean electronics giant had a squadron of women wearing buoyant, light-up dresses floating idly in the pool at the new SLS hotel. While the ladies were certainly too pretty to be compared with amphibians, the scene was reminiscent of a bunch of frog brides perched on futuristic lily pads.

Before we were able to ask about them, Samsung concluded its preview and the floating women were awkwardly guided out of the pool and out of sight.
