Microsoft reported its second-quarter earnings yesterday, which were in line with Wall Street expectations. But they were below the same period last year, due to some costs, including related to its Nokia smartphone unit integration.
That said, there were some interesting things to note about its fast-growing — though small — cloud business and the growth of its Surface device sales.
