Unity Confirms Appointment of New CFO, Mike Foley

After replacing its CEO with former Electronic Arts boss John Riccitiello in October, Unity Technologies has added another EA veteran to its executive ranks: Mike Foley, replacing Henrik Nielsen as CFO. A spokesperson for Unity, which makes a popular game engine, confirmed the move, which was first reported by VentureBeat. Foley led strategic planning and M&A for more than six years at EA, following a three-year run in a similar role at Microsoft. Nielsen, who was also Unity’s COO, has left the company, the spokesperson told Re/code.
