Since it was sued by Getty Images last week for copyright infringement, Microsoft has now taken down the beta version of its Bing Image Widget, which helped publishers embed panels of image search results on their sites. “We have temporarily removed the Bing Image Widget beta so we can take time to talk with Getty Images and better understand its concerns,” said a Microsoft spokesman.
