Marketing Startup Radius Snags Nearly $55 Million in Funding

Radius, a San Francisco-based marketing software company that helps businesses manage their sales relationships with customers, has raised $54.7 million in new venture funding. The Series C round included existing investors BlueRun Ventures and Formation 8 Partners, along with more than half a dozen new investors, including Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund and a few angel investors like actor/musician Jared Leto. Radius, which was founded by one of Facebook’s earliest software engineers, Darian Shirazi, declined to disclose its new valuation.
