Twitter's New U.S. Media Boss Is Kirstine Stewart

Peter Kafka covers media and technology, and their intersection, at Vox. Many of his stories can be found in his Kafka on Media newsletter, and he also hosts the Recode Media podcast.

Twitter has named Kirstine Stewart to head up its U.S. media unit, filling a vacancy left by Chloe Sladden in June. Stewart, who had previously run Twitter’s Canadian group, will report to Katie Stanton, who now runs Twitter’s global media group.
