As Re/code previously reported it would do, Spotify has officially added Google’s business head, Omid Kordenstani, to its board. The online music service is also adding former Deutsche Telekom CEO René Obermann. He is currently running Dutch cable company Ziggo, which has been sold to Liberty Global, and is set to become a partner at Warburg Pincus.
