Mark Carges, CTO of eBay, Steps Down

Mark Carges, the chief technical officer at eBay for the past five years, has stepped down to “focus on a family matter,” eBay announced today. Carges had been on leave from the San Jose, Calif.-based company to attend to the matter and decided not to return to eBay.
