BlackBerry Buys Movirtu to Help Workers, Employers Split Their Phone Bills

BlackBerry said Thursday it has acquired London-based Movirtu, a maker of virtual SIM technology that helps divide work and personal phone use. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
