T-Mobile Fined $819,000 for Not Meeting Hearing Aid Compatibility Mandate

The Federal Communications Commission on Wednesday upheld an $819,000 fine against T-Mobile for failing to offer the required percentage of hearing-aid-compatible phones during 2009 and 2010. T-Mobile had asked the commission to reduce the fine amount.
