Square, the small-business payments and software company led by Jack Dorsey, is in the process of raising funding from investors including the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation that will value Square at $6 billion, multiple sources told Re/code. CNBC, which first reported the news, said Square was aiming to raise about $200 million. Square was most recently valued at $5 billion when investors bought shares from employees earlier this year.
