Khosla Ventures Leads $9.5 Million Investment in Bitcoin Developer Platform Chain.com

Chain.com, a company that helps developers build bitcoin apps by connecting to the public ledger that records every bitcoin transaction, has raised a $9.5 million Series A investment led by Khosla Ventures; RRE Ventures, Thrive Capital, Box Group and Barry Silbert also invested. Khosla partner Keith Rabois will join the company’s board of directors.
