Pinterest's Head of Marketing Technology Partnerships Departs

Jason Del Rey has been a business journalist for 15 years and has covered Amazon, Walmart, and the e-commerce industry for the last decade. He was a senior correspondent at Vox.

John Yi, the Facebook vet who was hired by Pinterest a year ago to lead its marketing developer partnerships efforts, left the company in June, according to his LinkedIn profile (and confirmed by a Pinterest spokesman). Yi has been replaced by Jyri Kidwell, who is responsible for the relationships Pinterest develops with tech companies that use Pinterest data to help retailers and brands better use the service.
