Trunk Club CEO Brian Spaly confirmed Wednesday night that his men’s apparel and personal shopper company is being acquired by Nordstrom for an undisclosed price. Re/code reported earlier this month that the two companies were engaged in acquisition talks. Both companies confirmed the deal to The New York Times in an article published on Wednesday evening.

Update: The purchase price was $350 million, sources tell Re/code. For more information, see our follow-up story.
