Supreme Court justice Sam Alito has authored the Hobby Lobby decision, SCOTUSBlog reports. He's a more conservative justice, which could indicate an opinion against the birth control mandate. But, there are always surprises: Chief Justice John Roberts, an appointee of George W. Bush, did author the opinion upholding Obamacare's individual mandate.
