@WalmartLabs, the tech arm of Walmart’s e-commerce business, has acquired search technology company Adchemy for an undisclosed price. More than 60 Adchemy employees will move over in the deal, which aims to help Walmart improve its technology that surfaces search results on its e-commerce websites as well as its product results on Google and other big search engines.
