Nope, Microsoft Isn't Planning a Handheld Xbox

New Xbox boss Phil Spencer thinks a “renewed focus on Windows and PC gaming” is afoot at Microsoft. But what’s not so hot? A dedicated handheld gaming device to rival Nintendo’s 3DS and 2DS systems and Sony’s PlayStation Vita. In a Twitter Q&A last night, Spencer said the company might instead explore gaming on Windows Phone and tablets, and the ability to use a traditional game controller on those devices “someday.”
